English Translation
And Abu Bakr ibn al-Harith al-Faqih informed us... from Alqamah ibn Najiyah from his father who said: They offered to buy from the Prophet (peace be upon him) the remainder of their charity obligations. He said: 'We do not sell anything from the charities until we collect it.' This chain is not strong. It is also narrated from Isma'il ibn Ayyash with two chains - from Abu Sa'id in a disconnected form and from Abu Hurayrah in a connected and raised form - prohibiting that. But Isma'il is not relied upon as proof. And Allah knows best.
