English Translation
Abu al-Husayn ibn Bishran al-Adl informed us in Baghdad... from Ibn Umar that he used to borrow from the wealth of orphans in his care, because he considered it safer for them than losing it. And he used to pay zakah from their wealth. And it is narrated from Ali and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) similar to the position of these scholars, and then from al-Hasan, Tawus, Mujahid, al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, al-Zuhri, and al-Nakha'i.
