عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْكِتَابِ الَّذِي كَتَبَهُ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ وَأنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا فِي فَرَسِهِ شَيْءٌ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعَبْدِيُّ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ فَذَكَرَهُ البيهقي ٧٤٠٨: عن
English Translation
From the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the letter he wrote to the people of Yemen: 'There is nothing due on a Muslim's slave nor his horse.' Abu 'Abdullah al-Hafiz narrated this to us... from Sulayman ibn Dawud, and he mentioned it.
