أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَكَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ وَسُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أنَّهُ قَالَ عَفَوْتُ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ فِي الْحَدِيثِ فَأَدُّوا زَكَاةَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَكَذَلِكَ
English Translation
Abu Bakr ibn al-Hasan and Abu Zakariyya ibn Abi Ishaq narrated to us... from al-Harith, from 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'I have pardoned horses and slaves.' Al-Thawri added in the hadith: 'So pay the zakah on your wealth.' And likewise others narrated it.
