أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ قَالَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَإِذَا لَمْ تُفْسِدِ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى الْمُصَلِّي أَنْ تَكُونَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَهِيَ إِذَا كَانَتْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ أَوْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَحْرَى البيهقي ٥٢٢٨: عن
English Translation
Al-Shafi'i said: 'If a woman does not invalidate the prayer of a person praying when she is in front of him, then if she is on his right or left side, it is even more so [that she does not invalidate it].'
