وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ ثنا أُسَيْدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ جِئْتُ أَنَا وَغُلَامٌ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَلَى حِمَارٍ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَأَرْسَلْنَا الْحِمَارَ وَدَخَلْنَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَجَاءَتْ جَارِيَتَانِ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ تَسْتَبِقَانِ فَفَرَّجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَمْ يَقْطَعْ عَلَيْهِ شَيْئًا وَسَقَطَ جَدْيٌ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنْ كُوَّةٍ فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاتَهُ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz and Abu Sa'id ibn Abi Amr informed us, they said: Abu al-Abbas — he is al-Asamm — narrated to us, Usayd ibn Asim narrated to us, al-Husayn ibn Hafs narrated to us from Sufyan from Salama ibn Kuhayl from al-Hasan al-Urani from Ibn Abbas who said: I came with a boy from Banu Abd al-Muttalib on a donkey while the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was in prayer. We let the donkey go and entered the prayer. And two girls from Banu Abd al-Muttalib came running, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) separated them. Nothing of this interrupted him. And a young goat fell in front of him from a window, and it did not interrupt his prayer.
