حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ كَامِلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ أنبأ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أنبأ مُسَدَّدٌ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أَقُومَ عَلَى بَدَنَةٍ وَأَنْ أَقْسِمَ جُلُودَهَا وَجِلَالَهَا وَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ لَا أُعْطِيَ الْجَازِرَ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا وَقَالَ نَحْنُ نُعْطِيهِ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ وَأَنْ أَتَصَدَّقَ بِلَحْمِهَا وَجُلُودِهَا وَأَجِلَّتِهَا وَأَنْ لَا أُعْطِيَ أَجْرَ الْجَازِرِ مِنْهَا قَالَ نَحْنُ نُعْطِيهِ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا
English Translation
Abu Ja'far Kamil ibn Ahmad al-Mustamli informed us > Bishr ibn Ahmad al-Isfira'ini > Dawud ibn al-Husayn al-Bayhaqi > Yahya ibn Yahya > Abu Khaythamah > Abd al-Karim; and Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us > Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Musa > Muhammad ibn Ayyub > Musaddad and Abdullah ibn Abi Shaybah > Sufyan > Abd al-Karim al-Jazari > Mujahid > Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla > Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) commanded me to supervise the sacrificial camels, to distribute their skins and coverings, and he commanded me not to give the butcher anything from them, and said: We will give him from ourselves.' In the narration of Abu Khaythamah: 'And to give their meat, skins, and coverings in charity, and not to give the butcher's wages from them. He said: We will give him from ourselves.'
