أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو النَّضْرِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ح قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أنبأ أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ ثنا هِشَامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ ضَحَّى بِكَبْشَيْنِ أَقْرَنَيْنِ أَمْلَحَيْنِ يُسَمِّي وَيُكَبِّرُ وَيَضَعُ رِجْلَهُ عَلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا وَيَذْبَحُهُمَا بِيَدِهِ
English Translation
Abu Abdullah al-Hafiz informed us, Abu al-Nadr Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Faqih informed me, Uthman ibn Sa'id al-Darimi narrated to us, Abu Umar al-Hawdi narrated to us. He said: And Muhammad ibn Ayyub narrated to us, Abu Umar al-Hawdi informed us, Hisham narrated from Qatadah from Anas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sacrificed two horned, salt-and-pepper colored rams, pronouncing the name of Allah and saying Allahu Akbar, placing his foot on their sides and slaughtering them with his own hand.
