English Translation
Abu Hurayrah narrated that Allah granted the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) the conquest of Khaybar. Then Aban ibn Sa'id ibn al-'As came with his cavalry and asked him to give shares to him and his companions, but the Messenger of Allah did not do that. Abu Hurayrah said: The bridles of their horses were made of palm fiber. This agrees with al-Zubaydi's narration in its text but differs in its chain. Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Dhuhli said: Both hadiths are preserved - 'Anbasah's hadith from al-Zubaydi's narration, and Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib's hadith from Sa'id ibn Abd al-Aziz's narration.
