أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ تَحُوزُ الْمَرْأَةُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ النَّصْرِيِّ فِيهِ نَظَرٌ قَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ حَمَّادٍ يَذْكُرُهُ عَنِ الْبُخَارِيِّ
English Translation
Abu Sa'd al-Malini informed us with his chain from Wathilah ibn al-Asqa' al-Laythi from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'A woman secures three types of inheritance: her freed slave, her foundling, and her child whom she disavowed through li'an.' Abu Ahmad said: 'Umar ibn Ru'bah al-Taghlibi from Abd al-Wahid al-Nasri - there is concern about him.' Abu Ahmad said: 'I heard Ibn Hammad mention this from al-Bukhari.'
