Abu Ali al-Rudhbari informed us: Abu Bakr ibn Dasah narrated to us: Abu Dawud narrated to us: Mansur ibn Abi Muzahim narrated to us: Abu Bakr narrated from Abu Ishaq from al-Bara' ibn Azib who said: A man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, 'They ask you for a ruling concerning kalalah' - what is kalalah? He said: The verse of summer suffices you. I asked Abu Ishaq: Is it the one who dies leaving neither a child nor a parent? He said: That is what they believed.
