English Translation
Yahya - meaning Ibn Sa'id - narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Kaysan, who said: Abu Hazim narrated to me, who said: Abu Hurairah said: While the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was in the mosque, he said: "O Aishah, hand me the garment." She said: "I am not praying (i.e., I am menstruating)." He said: "It is not in your hand (i.e., your menstruation does not affect the garment)." So she handed it to him.
