English Translation
Azhar ibn al-Qasim told us: al-Muthanna - that is, Ibn Sa'id - told us, from Qatadah, from Abdullah ibn Babah, from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say: Allah, mighty and majestic is He, boasts to His angels on the evening of Arafah about the people of Arafah, saying: Look at My servants, they have come to Me disheveled and dusty.
