English Translation
Abu Sa'id, the freedman of Banu Hashim, told us: Muhammad ibn Rashid told us: Sulayman ibn Musa told us, from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The compensation for quasi-intentional killing is heavy, like the compensation for intentional killing, but its perpetrator is not killed; and whoever carries weapons against us is not of us, nor is one who lies in ambush on the road.
