English Translation
Ali ibn Ishaq told us, Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak told us, Ma'mar informed us, from az-Zuhri: Salim told me, from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), when he raised his head from bowing in the last rak'ah of Fajr, say: O Allah, curse so-and-so and so-and-so and so-and-so - after saying: Allah hears whoever praises Him, our Lord, to You be praise. Then Allah, the Exalted, revealed: {It is not for you to decide; whether He turns to them in mercy or punishes them, indeed they are wrongdoers.}
