حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ حِينَ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ الرَّكْعَةِ قَالَ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْآخِرَةِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْ فُلَانًا وَفُلَانًا دَعَا عَلَى نَاسٍ مِنْ الْمُنَافِقِينَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى { لَيْسَ لَكَ مِنْ الْأَمْرِ شَيْءٌ أَوْ يَتُوبَ عَلَيْهِمْ أَوْ يُعَذِّبَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ ظَالِمُونَ }.
English Translation
Abdur-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from az-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn Umar, that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say, in the Fajr prayer, when he raised his head from the rak'ah: Our Lord, to You be praise, in the last rak'ah, then he said: O Allah, curse so-and-so and so-and-so - invoking against some of the hypocrites. Then Allah, the Exalted, revealed: {It is not for you to decide; whether He turns to them in mercy or punishes them, indeed they are wrongdoers.}
