English Translation
Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, who said: A man said, "O Messenger of God, what garments may we wear while in ihram?" He said: "Do not wear the shirt, the trousers, the turban, or the leather socks, except one who cannot find sandals, who may wear them cut below the ankles; nor the hooded cloak, nor any garment touched by wars or saffron."
