English Translation
Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us: al-Hajjaj ibn Abi 'Uthman narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from 'Awn ibn 'Abdullah ibn 'Utba, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: While we were praying with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, a man among the people said: "Allah is greatest, greatly; praise be to Allah abundantly; and glory be to Allah morning and evening." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Who said such-and-such?" A man among the people said, "I did, O Messenger of Allah." He said: "I marveled at it - the gates of heaven were opened for it." Ibn 'Umar said: I have not left them off since I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say that.
