حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ شَقَّ الْجُيُوبَ وَلَطَمَ الْخُدُودَ وَدَعَا بِدَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The feet of the son of Adam will not move on the Day of Resurrection until he is asked about his life: how he spent it, about his knowledge: what he did with it, about his wealth: where he earned it and how he spent it, and about his body: how he used it.'
