English Translation
Sufyan told us, from Asim, from Zirr, from Abdullah, who said: "We were with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in a cave, and Surat al-Mursalat was revealed to him, and I took it from his mouth while his mouth was still moist with it, so I do not know with which verse he ended: either 'Then in what statement after this will they believe?' or 'When it is said to them: Bow down, they do not bow down.' A snake got ahead of us and entered a hole, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'You have been protected from its harm, and it has been protected from your harm.'"
