English Translation
Zayd ibn al-Hubab told us, Mu'awiyah ibn Salih told me, al-Safr ibn Nusayr al-Azdi told me, from Yazid ibn Shurayh al-Hadrami, from Abu Umamah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "None of you should come to prayer while needing to relieve himself, and none of you should lead the people in prayer and single himself out with a supplication apart from them -- whoever does so has betrayed them."
