English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq and Ibn Bakr told us, they said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, saying: Amr ibn Dinar informed me that Tawus informed him that Mu'adh ibn Jabal said: I will not take anything regarding the odd numbers of cattle below the taxable threshold until I go to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, did not command me anything about it. (Ibn Bakr said: 'I am not one to take from those odd numbers.')
