حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْحُدَيْبِيَةِ فَأَصَابَنَا مَطَرٌ لَمْ يَبُلَّ أَسْفَلَ نِعَالِنَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ.
English Translation
Abu al-Malih narrated from his father who said: We were with the Prophet (peace be upon him) at al-Hudaybiyyah when rain fell on us that did not even wet the bottoms of our sandals. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Pray in your dwellings.'
