Waki' narrated to us: Yunus b. Abi Ishaq narrated to us, from Abu Burda, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The orphan girl is to be consulted about herself; if she remains silent, then she has given permission, and if she refuses, she is not to be compelled."
