English Translation
Abdur-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma'mar narrated to us, from Asim ibn Sulayman, from al-Sha'bi, from Adi ibn Hatim, who said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, my land is a land of hunting. He said: When you release your dog and mention the name of Allah, then eat whatever your dog catches for you, even if it kills it - but if it eats from it, do not eat, for then it only caught it for itself. And when you release your dog and other dogs over which you did not mention Allah's name mix with it, do not eat, for you do not know which of them killed it.
