حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ وَالْخُزَاعِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ وَتُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهُ قَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ مَا أَنْفَقَهُ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنْ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ.
English Translation
Aswad b. Amir and al-Khuza'i narrated to us: they said, Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Ata', from Rafi' b. Khadij, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sows on the land of a people without their permission has no share of the crop, and his expenditure is returned to him" - al-Khuza'i said: "what he spent - and he has no share of the crop."
