English Translation
Abu al-Mughirah told us, saying: Hisham ibn al-Ghaz told us, saying: Abu al-Nadr told me: Wathilah ibn al-Asqa' called me — his sight had already failed — and said: "O Khabbab, lead me to Yazid ibn al-Aswad al-Jurashi." And he mentioned the hadith, in which he (Yazid) said: "Rejoice, for I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: 'I am as My servant thinks of Me, so let him think of Me whatever he wishes.'"
