قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ شَيْخٌ صَالِحٌ حَسَنُ الْهَيْئَةِ مَدِينِيٌّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خُبَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمِّهِ قَالَ كُنَّا فِي مَجْلِسٍ فَطَلَعَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَهُ.
English Translation
He said: Abu 'Amir narrated to us, he said: 'Abdullah ibn Abi Sulayman narrated to us -- a righteous shaykh of good appearance from Medina -- he said: Mu'adh ibn 'Abdullah ibn Khubayb narrated to us, from his father, from his paternal uncle, who said: We were sitting in a gathering when the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, came upon us. And he mentioned it.
