English Translation
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us: Humayd — meaning al-Tawil — told us: al-Hasan told us, from Mutarrif, from his father, that a man said: O Messenger of Allah, we come upon stray camels that are ailing — meaning, may we take them? He said: A stray animal belonging to a Muslim is a burning coal of the Fire.
