English Translation
Affan narrated to us: Abd al-Wahid - meaning Ibn Ziyad - narrated to us: Abu Malik al-Ashja'i narrated to us, he said: My father Tariq ibn Ashyam narrated to me, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, teaching someone who had just become Muslim, saying: Say: O God, forgive me, have mercy on me, and provide for me - and he said: these gather for you the best of this world and the next.
