حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لِأَهْلِهَا أَوْ مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا.
English Translation
Ishaq ibn Yusuf told us, Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, from Ata' ibn Abi Rabah, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The 'umra grant is permissible for its recipient, or it becomes an inheritance for its recipient."
