حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ أَوْ قَالَ نَكَحَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ.
English Translation
Yazid ibn Harun told us, Hammam ibn Yahya informed us, from al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Wahid, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah: that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Any slave who marries without permission - or he said who has intercourse without the permission of his family - is a fornicator.
