حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ قَالَ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْ الْمَدِينَةِ حَرَامٌ قَدْ حَرَّمَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَمَا حَرَّمَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ مَكَّةَ اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ الْبَرَكَةَ فِيهَا بَرَكَتَيْنِ وَبَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِي صَاعِهِمْ وَمُدِّهِمْ.
English Translation
Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas said: 'What is between the two lava fields of Madinah is sacred; the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) declared it sacred just as Ibrahim declared Makkah sacred. O Allah, place double blessing in it and bless them in their sa' (measure) and their mudd (measure).'
