English Translation
Ya'qub told us: My father told us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Humayd al-Tawil told me, from Anas ibn Malik al-Ansari, that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, when he came upon a town by night, would not attack it until morning; if he heard the call to prayer, he would hold back, and if he did not hear the call to prayer, he would attack.
