حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ، قَالَ لَمَّا لَقِيَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمُشْرِكِينَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ فَانْكَشَفُوا نَزَلَ عَنْ بَغْلَتِهِ فَتَرَجَّلَ .
English Translation
Hadrat al-Bara' (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: When the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) encountered the polytheists on the Day of Hunayn and they (the Muslims) fell back, he dismounted from his mule and stood on foot.
Urdu Translation
حضرت براء رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ بیان فرماتے ہیں: جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم حنین کے دن مشرکین سے ملے اور وہ (مسلمانوں سے) ہٹ گئے تو آپ اپنے خچر سے اترے اور پیدل ہو گئے۔
