Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْقُرِّيِّ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ أَهَلَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعُمْرَةٍ وَأَهَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُ بِحَجٍّ .
English Translation
Hadrat Muslim al-Qurri narrated that he heard Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) say: The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) commenced talbiyah for Umrah and his noble Companions (may Allah be well pleased with them all) commenced talbiyah for Hajj.
Urdu Translation
حضرت مسلم قری سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما کو فرماتے سنا: نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے عمرے کا تلبیہ پکارا اور آپ کے صحابہ کرام رضوان اللہ تعالیٰ علیہم اجمعین نے حج کا تلبیہ پکارا۔
