Ibn Sirin

حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، نا مَنْصُورٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" مَا كَانَ مِنْ صَدَاقٍ فَهُوَ لَهَا، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ الصَّدَاقِ فَهُوَ مِيرَاثٌ".

Ibn Sirin said: "Whatever was part of the dowry belongs to her, and whatever was not part of the dowry is inheritance."
