Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8044 حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّازُ ثنا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِنْقَرِيُّ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رُءُوسَ §الْخَوَارِجِ فَقَالَ «شَرُّ قَتْلَى تَحْتَ ظِلِّ السَّمَاءِ» قُلْتُ شَيْئًا تَقُولُهُ بِرَأْيِكَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَ «لَوْ لَمْ أَسْمَعْ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَّا مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا حَتَّى بَلَغَ سَبْعًا مَا حَدَّثْتُ بِهِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Abu Umamah saw the heads of the Kharijites and said: "The worst of those killed under the shadow of the sky." I said: "Is this something you say from your own opinion or something you heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)?" He said: "Had I not heard it from the Prophet (peace be upon him) except once, twice, or three times - until he reached seven - I would not have narrated it."
