Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:7090 وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ «مَنْ رَهَنَ أَرْضًا بِدَيْنٍ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّهُ يَقْضِي مِنْ ثَمَرَتِهَا مَا فَضُلَ بَعْدَ نَفَقَتِهَا وَيَقْضِي ذَلِكَ لَهُ مِنْ حِينِهِ ذَلِكَ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَحْسِبَ لِصَاحِبِهَا الَّذِي عِنْدَهُ عَمَلَهُ وَنَفَقَتَهُ بِالْعَدْلِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever is killed defending his property is a martyr. Whoever is killed defending his family is a martyr. Whoever is killed defending his religion is a martyr. Whoever is killed defending his blood is a martyr.'
