Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:1386 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ اخْتَصَمَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي سَيْلِ بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ مَهْزُورٌ «فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمْ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمَاءَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ لَا يُحْبَسُ إِلَّا عَلَى الْأَسْفَلِ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Tha'labah ibn Abi Malik narrated from his father that people brought a dispute to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) regarding the irrigation channel of Banu Qurayzah, Mahzur. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) judged between them that water should reach ankle-height and should not be held back from the lower (lands).
