وعن أبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: قلت يا رسول الله أي العمل أفضل؟ قال: "الإيمان بالله والجهاد في سبيله" ((متفق عليه))
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was asked: "Which deed is the best?" He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) replied, "Faith in Allah and Jihad (fighting, struggle) in the Cause of Allah.".
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابو ذر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! کون سا عمل سب سے افضل ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ پر ایمان لانا اور اس کی راہ میں جہاد کرنا۔ (متفق علیہ)
