وعن أبى يعلى معقل بن يسار رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: يقول: “ما من عبد يستر عليه الله رعية، يموت يوم يموت وهو غاش لرعيته، إلا حرم الله عليه الجنة” ((متفق عليه)) ((وفي رواية: "فلم يحطها بنصحه لم يجد رائحة الجنة")) وفي رواية لمسلم: "ما من أمير يلى أمور المسلمين، ثم لا يجهد لهم وينصح لهم، إلا لم يدخل معهم الجنة".
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Hadrat Abu Ya'la Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported:Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "Any slave whom Allah makes him in charge of subjects and he dies while he is not sincere to them, Allah will make Jannah unlawful for him.".Another narration is: Allah's Messenger (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "He who does not look after his subjects with goodwill and sincerity, will be deprived of the fragrance of Jannah."A narration in Muslim is: Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated, "A ruler who, having control over the affairs of the Muslims, does not strive diligently for their betterment and does not serve them sincerely, will not enter Jannah with them."
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابو یعلیٰ معقل بن یسار رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: جس بندے کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے رعایا کا ذمہ دار بنایا اور وہ اس حال میں مرا کہ اپنی رعایا کا خیانت کرنے والا تھا تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس پر جنت حرام کر دی۔ (متفق علیہ) ایک اور روایت میں ہے: جس نے انہیں خیر خواہی سے نہ ڈھانپا وہ جنت کی خوشبو بھی نہ پائے گا۔ مسلم کی ایک روایت میں ہے: جو امیر مسلمانوں کے معاملات کا ذمہ لے پھر ان کے لیے محنت اور خیر خواہی نہ کرے تو وہ ان کے ساتھ جنت میں نہ جائے گا۔
