وعن عبد الله بن زمعة رضي الله عنه ، أنه سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يخطب، وذكر الناقة والذي عقرها، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : (إذ انبعث أشقاها) انبعث لها رجل عزيز، عارم منيع في رهطه" ثم ذكر النساء، فوعظ فيهن، فقال : "يعمد أحدكم فيجلد امرأته جلد العبد فلعله يضاجعها من آخر يومه" ثم وعظهم في ضحكهم من الضرطة وقال: "لم يضحك أحدكم مما يفعل؟" ((متفق عليه)).
الترجمة الإنجليزية
'Abdullah bin Zam'ah (may Allah be well pleased with him) reported that he heard the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) giving a speech when he mentioned the she- camel (of Prophet Salih (upon him be peace)) and the man who had killed her. Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:"When the most wicked man among them went forth (to kill the she-camel).' (91:12) signifies that a distinguished, wicked and most powerful chief of the people jumped up to kill the she- camel." Then he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) made mention of women and said, "Some of you beat your wives as if they were slaves, and then lie with them at the end of the day".Then he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) admonished them against laughing at another's passing of wind, saying, "Why does any of you laugh at another doing what he does himself".
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت عبداللہ بن زمعہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو خطبہ دیتے ہوئے سنا جس میں آپ نے (حضرت صالح علیہ السلام کی) اونٹنی اور اسے ذبح کرنے والے کا ذکر فرمایا۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: (جب ان کا سب سے بدبخت اٹھا) یعنی ایک عزیز، سرکش، اپنی قوم میں طاقتور آدمی اٹھا۔ پھر آپ نے عورتوں کا ذکر فرمایا اور ان کے بارے میں وعظ فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی اپنی بیوی کو غلام کی طرح مارتا ہے پھر شاید اسی دن کے آخر میں اس سے ہم بستری کرتا ہے۔ پھر آپ نے انہیں ہوا خارج ہونے پر ہنسنے سے متعلق نصیحت فرمائی: تم میں سے کوئی اس چیز پر کیوں ہنستا ہے جو خود بھی کرتا ہے؟
