Narrated Ubaidullah bin Utbah (may Allah be pleased with him): Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said to me, "Do you know which is the last Surah of the Qur'an to be revealed complete at one time?" I said, "Yes! It is this Surah, 'When the help of Allah comes and the victory comes.'" He said, "You have spoken truly." [Mukhtasar Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 2179]

سیدنا عبیداللہ بن عتبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہمجھ سے سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ تو جانتا ہے کہ قرآن کی یکبارگی مکمل نازل ہونے والی آخری سورت کون سی ہے؟ میں نے کہا کہ ہاں! وہ یہ سورت”جب اللہ تعالیٰ کی مدد آ جائے اور فتح آ جائے“ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ تو نے سچ کہا۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 2179]
