وَعَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنَسٌ خَادِمُكَ ادْعُ اللَّهَ لَهُ قَالَ: «اللهمَّ أَكثر مَاله وَولده وَبَارك فِيمَا أَعْطيته»قَالَ أنس: فو الله إِنَّ مَالِي لَكَثِيرٌ وَإِنَّ وَلَدِي وَوَلَدَ وَلَدِي لَيَتَعَادُّونَ عَلَى نَحْوِ الْمِائَةِ الْيَوْمَ. مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The most merciful of my ummah toward my ummah is Abu Bakr, and the most strict in the command of Allah is 'Umar, and the most truthfully modest is 'Uthman, and the best judge among them is 'Ali, and the most knowledgeable in the lawful and the unlawful is Mu'adh ibn Jabal, and the most knowledgeable in the obligations of inheritance is Zayd ibn Thabit, and the best reciter is Ubayy ibn Ka'b." This hadith has already been mentioned. Reported by Tirmidhi.
الترجمة الأردية
ام سلیم رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے عرض کیا، اللہ کے رسول! انس رضی اللہ عنہ آپ کا خادم ہے، اس کے لیے اللہ سے دعا فرمائیں: آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”اے اللہ! اس کے مال و اولاد میں اضافہ فرما، اور تو نے جو اسے عطا فرمایا ہے اس میں برکت فرما۔“انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: اللہ کی قسم! میرا مال بہت زیادہ ہے، اور آج میرے بیٹے اور میرے پوتے سو سے زیادہ ہیں۔ متفق علیہ۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 6208]
