وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا الحدَّ وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا ثمَّ إِنْ زنَتْ فلْيجلدْها الحدَّ وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتِ الثَّالِثَةَ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَبِعْهَا ولوْ بحبْلٍ منْ شعرٍ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aba Huraira told that he heard the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say, "When the slave woman of any of you commits fornication and the matter is clear, he should give her the appropriate beating, but not hurl reproaches at her. If she does it again he should give her the appropriate beating, but not hurl reproaches at her. If she does it a third time and the matter is clear he should sell her, even if only for a rope of hair." (Bukhari and Muslim)
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: «جب تم میں سے کسی کی لونڈی زنا کرے اور اس کا زنا ثابت ہو جائے تو اسے حد کے مطابق کوڑے مارو مگر اسے ملامت نہ کرو۔ پھر اگر زنا کرے تو حد کے مطابق کوڑے مارو مگر ملامت نہ کرو۔ پھر اگر تیسری بار زنا کرے اور اس کا زنا ثابت ہو جائے تو اسے بیچ دو چاہے بالوں کی رسی ہی ملے۔» (بخاری و مسلم)
