1529 صحيح حديث أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: قَالَ: رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: اخْتَتَنَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَمَانِينَ سَنَةً، بِالْقَدُّومِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The one who is best in Quran recitation should lead the people in prayer. If they are equal in Quran recitation, then the one who has the most knowledge of the Sunnah. If they are equal in the Sunnah, then the one who emigrated first. If they are equal in emigration, then the eldest. None of you should lead another person in prayer in his place of authority, and none should sit on his seat in his house without his permission."
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”سیدنا ابراہیم علیہ السلام نے اسی سال کی عمر میں بسولے سے ختنہ کیا۔“[اللؤلؤ والمرجان/كتاب الفضائل/حدیث: 1529]
