أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّغُولِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ وَشُعْبَةُ عَنِ الرُّكَيْنِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَرِهَ عَشْرًا تَغْيِيرَ الشَّيْبِ وَخَاتَمَ الذَّهَبِ وَالضَّرْبَ بِالْكِعَابِ وَالرُّقَى إِلَّا بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَالتَّمَائِمَ وَجَرَّ الْإِزَارِ وَالصُّفْرَةَ وَالتَّبَرُّجَ بِالزِّينَةِ لِغَيْرِ مَحِلِّهَا وَعَزْلَ الْمَاءِ عَنْ مَحِلِّهِ»

Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Daghuli informed us, Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Dhuhli narrated to us, Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman and Shu'ba narrated to us, from al-Rukayn ibn al-Rabi', from al-Qasim ibn Hassan, from his uncle Abd al-Rahman ibn Harmala, from Ibn Mas'ud: That the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) disliked ten things: altering gray hair, gold rings, playing with dice, incantations except with the Mu'awwidhat, amulets, dragging the lower garment, saffron dye, displaying beauty ornaments in inappropriate places, withdrawing water from its place.
