Hadrat Abu Surihah al-Ansari (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), who stated: The Beast will have three emergences. It will first emerge in the farthest part of Yemen and its mention will spread in the desert but will not enter the city — meaning Makkah. Then it will remain for a long time. Then it will emerge again near Makkah and its mention will spread among the desert people and in Makkah. Then it will hide for a long time. Then while people are at the greatest, most beloved, and most honored mosque in the sight of Allah — the Sacred Mosque — suddenly it will appear in a side of the mosque, emerging and growing between the Black Corner and the Gate of Banu Makhzum, to the right of one exiting, in the middle of that. People will scatter from it — separately and together — but a group of Muslims will remain firm, knowing they cannot escape Allah. It will emerge upon them, shaking the dirt from its head. It will begin with them and brighten their faces until it leaves them like luminous stars. Then it will turn through the earth — no pursuer will catch it and no fleeing one will escape it — until a man seeks refuge from it through prayer, and it will come to him from behind and say: O so-and-so, are you praying now? He will turn to it and it will brand his face, then leave. People will be neighbors in their homes, companions in travel, and partners in wealth. The believer will be recognized from the disbeliever, until the disbeliever says: O believer, fulfill my right! And the believer says: O disbeliever, fulfill my right! This hadith has a sound chain of transmission and it is the clearest hadith regarding the Beast of the Earth. They did not narrate it. Talhah ibn Amr al-Hadrami was weakened and abandoned by Ahmad.
الترجمة الأردية
حضرت ابو سریحہ انصاری رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: دابۃ الارض تین بار نکلے گی۔ پہلی بار یمن کے سب سے دور حصے میں نکلے گی اور اس کا ذکر بادیہ میں پھیلے گا لیکن بستی — یعنی مکہ — میں نہیں پہنچے گا۔ پھر طویل عرصہ ٹھہرے گی۔ پھر مکہ کے قریب دوسری بار نکلے گی اور اس کا ذکر بادیہ والوں اور مکہ میں پھیلے گا۔ پھر طویل عرصہ چھپ جائے گی۔ پھر جب لوگ سب سے عظیم، اللہ کے نزدیک سب سے محبوب اور سب سے عزت والی مسجد — مسجد الحرام — میں ہوں گے، اچانک وہ مسجد کے ایک کونے میں نمودار ہوگی، حجرِ اسود اور باب بنی مخزوم کے درمیان سے نکلے گی اور بڑھے گی، باہر جانے والے کے دائیں طرف، اس کے درمیان میں۔ لوگ اس سے بھاگیں گے — الگ الگ اور اکٹھے — لیکن مسلمانوں کی ایک جماعت ثابت قدم رہے گی جو جان لے گی کہ اللہ سے بھاگا نہیں جا سکتا۔ وہ ان پر نکلے گی اور اپنے سر سے مٹی جھاڑے گی۔ ان سے شروع کرے گی اور ان کے چہرے چمکا دے گی یہاں تک کہ انہیں چمکتے ستاروں جیسا بنا دے گی۔ پھر زمین میں چلے گی — کوئی تعاقب کرنے والا اسے نہ پکڑے گا اور کوئی بھاگنے والا اس سے نہ بچ سکے گا — یہاں تک کہ ایک آدمی اس سے نماز کے ذریعے پناہ لے گا تو وہ اس کے پیچھے سے آئے گی اور کہے گی: اے فلاں! اب نماز پڑھتا ہے؟ وہ اس کی طرف متوجہ ہوگا تو وہ اس کے چہرے پر نشان لگا دے گی، پھر چلی جائے گی۔ لوگ اپنے گھروں میں پڑوسی ہوں گے، سفروں میں ساتھی ہوں گے اور مالوں میں شریک ہوں گے۔ مومن کو کافر سے پہچانا جائے گا، یہاں تک کہ کافر کہے گا: اے مومن! میرا حق ادا کر! اور مومن کہے گا: اے کافر! میرا حق ادا کر! یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اور دابۃ الارض کے بارے میں سب سے واضح حدیث ہے۔ انہوں نے روایت نہیں کیا۔ طلحہ بن عمرو الحضرمی کو ضعیف کہا گیا اور احمد نے اسے چھوڑ دیا۔
