Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) would take the Shajarah route when going to Makkah for Hajj and return by the Mu'arras route. When he went to Makkah, he would pray at the Shajarah Mosque, and when he returned, he would pray at Dhul-Hulayfah in the middle of the valley and would spend the night there until morning.
الترجمة الأردية
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمحج کے لیے جاتے وقت شجرہ کے راستے سے جاتے تھے اور معرس کے راستے سے واپس آتے تھے اور بیشک رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمجب مکہ کی طرف جاتے تھے تو مسجد شجرہ میں نماز پڑھتے تھے اور جب واپس آتے تو ذوالحلیفہ میں نماز پڑھتے جو کہ وادی کے درمیان واقع ہے اور پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمصبح تک وہیں رہ کر رات گزارتے تھے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 776]
